It provides a picturesque backdrop that perfectly frames the stunning sixteenth-century country house behind. Creating an idyllic setting for those intimate couple shots.

We’re thrilled to introduce a delightful new feature on our serene pond. You can now elevate your wedding gallery to new heights with our charming wedding boat!
This gorgeous rowing boat is free of charge for all couples to use during the Drinks Reception. Offering a unique and romantic opportunity to make your wedding album truly one-of-a-kind.
Take advantage of this enchanting area of the estate and enjoy a few moments fully immersed in the natural beauty.
Magical Moments
Imagine gliding across the still waters, serenaded by the sweet sounds of birdsong, as your photographer captures these magical moments.
Whether you choose to have a gentle row out, or simply just sit in the boat and relax by the water’s edge. The wedding boat offers the perfect backdrop for romantic, candid photography.
Your safety is paramount, so please be aware that the use of the boat is weather permitting and at the discretion of your Event Manager. For added peace of mind, a member of our team will supervise the boat whenever in use.
Creative Photography
To enhance your photos even further, you may wish to dress the wedding boat to match your wedding theme. You must ensure that your Venue Dresser is happy to dress the wedding boat. Our Events Team will not be able to do this for you.

No Paws on Deck
This wonderful opportunity is reserved exclusively for the happy couple only. To maximise safety, please make sure dogs and children remain on dry land.
To make the most of the wedding boat, be sure to prearrange its use with your Events Manager during your Planning Meeting. This allows us to allocate enough time during your Drinks Reception.
